Bertie Ponders....some more

Well well well, aren't we the sneaky one? I'm talking about the confounded weather we're having down here. Started off end of last year. Winter just wouldn't show up. Even Christmas was warm. Then it did show up for like 30 days in January, two days of spring, and boom summer was here. Yep, scorching, sweaty, sticky summer. It's the peak of summers now at 40 Degrees Celsius (there's talk of it going to 45!). We are expecting Monsoon to arrive in the first week of June (yep even thats delayed this year).
Don't you just HATE summer? Your skin burns, you're constantly drenched in sweat, if you stay out too long you get a heat stroke, you don't feel like eating anything. Yeah, thats what summer did to me this year; for the past 5 days I haven't been able to eat meat. Those who know me well will tell you my daily diet contains 90% meat content. No disrespect meant to other food groups, but I simply cannot accept grass or leaves or flowers or roots as FOOD. Thats the way I am. If i have to ever order vegeterian food from a Take-Away, I consider that a terrible waste of money.
Yeah I see a lot of Freudian analysis going on in your minds right now. The only credit I am willing to give my dear departed inspiration Sigmund, is that I have this terribly nice friend, if you saw him you wouldn't believe it, but he's a vegeterian, or as he says a 'vegan'. His discreet and subdued hints at the goodness of vegetables might have something to do with it.
Anyway, I'm sure if I type beyond this, you're all going to stop reading, so i'll conclude, Betty thanx a lot, seems you're the only one who read my last blog. Cheers!

I am a strict vegetarian and one of my close friends is a compulsory meat eater. I would tell him that every time he steps into his car to eat out somewhere on the globe a lamb or hen looses life. :-)
When I see fresh green vegetables, I would feel the apitite no matter what time of the day but when I see a sweet little white lamb gracing I could only feel like cuddling it. what about you?
